fa علم‌سنجی چهار دهه تولیدات علمی در حوزه تصویربرداری پستان: مطالعه کلید واژه‌ها، روندها و حمایت‌های پژوهشی تشخیص، درمان، بازتوانی Diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:nasimYW"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> در سال‌های اخیر، پیشرفت‌های قابل توجهی در حوزه تصویربرداری پستان حاصل شده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>است. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از تحلیل علم‌سنجی، چشم‌اندازی از کلمات کلیدی و روند مشارکت کشورهای مختلف در این حوزه ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین، حمایت‌های پژوهشی مؤسسات در زمینه تصویربرداری پستان به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم در پیشبرد این علم، مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این پژوهش داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مقالات مرتبط از پایگاه وب او ساینس استخراج شد و با استفاده از کد پایتون داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آنها برای آنالیز روندهای کلید واژه و حمایت پژوهشی آنالیز شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان می‌دهند که تحقیقات تصویربرداری پستان عمدتاً بر روی کلمات &quot;سرطان پستان&quot; و &quot;ماموگرافی&quot; متمرکز است، در حالی که استفاده از &quot;یادگیری عمیق&quot; از سال ۲۰۱۴ رشد چشمگیری داشته است. مؤسسه ملی بهداشت پیشرو در حمایت از این تحقیقات است، و نهادهایی همچون بنیاد ملی علوم طبیعی چین و مؤسسه ملی سرطان نیز نقش‌های مهمی ایفا می‌کنند. سایر سازمان‌ها مانند &quot;سازمان بهداشت جهانی&quot; و &quot;انستیتو تحقیقات سرطان ژاپن&quot; نیز حمایت‌های قابل توجهی داشته‌اند.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:nasimYW"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> روندهای حمایتی نشان می‌دهند که حمایت مؤسسه ملی بهداشت در سال ۲۰۱۴ به اوج خود رسیده است، در حالی که مؤسسه ملی سرطان و بنیاد ملی علوم الگوهای حمایتی متغیری دارند. به‌طور بین‌المللی، بنیاد ملی علوم طبیعی چین تا سال ۲۰۲۲ به‌طور چشمگیری حمایت‌های خود را افزایش داده است، همچنین نهادهایی مانند بنیاد تحقیقات ملی کره نیز نقش فعال‌تری در این حوزه ایفا کرده‌اند که نشان‌دهنده افزایش تلاش‌های جهانی در تحقیقات تصویربرداری پستان است. در سال<span dir="LTR">‌</span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:nasimYW">های اخیر استفاده از &quot;یادگیری عمیق&quot; نیز به‌طور قابل‌توجهی افزایش یافته است که نشان‌دهنده علاقه فزاینده به هوش مصنوعی و یادگیری عمیق برای تحلیل تصویربرداری پستان است.&nbsp;</span></span> </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman"><strong>Introduction:</strong> In recent years, significant advancements have been made in the field of breast imaging. The present study provides an overview of keywords and the participation trends of various countries in the field through scientometric analysis. Moreover, research funding from institutions in the field of breast imaging, as an important factor contributing to scientific progress, is also examined.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> Relevant articles were extracted from the Web of Science database, and their data were analyzed using Python scripts to evaluate keyword trends and research support.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results indicated that research on breast imaging primarily focuses on the keywords &ldquo;breast cancer&rdquo; and &ldquo;mammography,&rdquo; while the use of &ldquo;deep learning&rdquo; has grown substantially since 2014. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is at the forefront of funding these studies, and other organizations, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Cancer Institute, also play significant roles. Other entities, including the World Health Organization and the Japan Cancer Research Institute, have also provided notable support.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Funding trends show that support from the NIH peaked in 2014, whereas the National Cancer Institute and the National Science Foundation exhibited varying patterns of funding. Internationally, the National Natural Science Foundation of China has significantly increased its support by 2022, and organizations such as the Korea National Research Foundation have taken a more active role. This reflects a growing global effort in breast imaging research.
