fa بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک سرطان پستان و توزیع سنی بیماران در یک بازه ده ساله بیماریهای پستان Breast Diseases پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> سرطان پستان از جمله شایع&rlm;ترین سرطان&rlm;های زنان بشمار می&rlm;آید و میزان بروز آن در زنان ایرانی در حال افزایش است. هرچند تفاوت&rlm;هایی در بروز بیماری درنقاط مختلف کشور دیده می&rlm;شود، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی روند بروز سرطان پستان در شهرستان&rlm;های تابع دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی بوده و از داده&rlm;های ثبت سرطان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان که طی سال&rlm;های<br> 1380-1390 در شهرستان کاشان جمع&rlm;آوری شده، استفاده کرده است. روند استاندارد شده بر اساس سن بروز بیماری و داده&rlm;های مورد استفاده از برنامه ثبت سرطان در این بازه زمانی ارایه و بحث شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته&rlm;ها: </strong>در مجموع طی یازده سال 1380- 1390، 464 مورد بیمار مبتلا به سرطان پستان گزارش شده است. میزان بروز تا سن 59 سال با افزایش سن افزایش و از سن 60 به بالا کاهش پیدا کرده است. میزان بروز سرطان پستان از سال 1380 تا 1390 روند افزایشی داشته است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه&rlm;گیری: </strong>نتایج مطالعه حاکی از روند روبه افزایش بروز سرطان پستان در شهرستان کاشان است. همچنین نتایج بیانگر این است که سرطان پستان شایع&rlm;ترین سرطان زنان می&rlm;باشد که عمدتا در دهه&rlm;های 4و5 زندگی مشاهده می&rlm;گردد. بنابراین لزوم اجرای برنامه&rlm;های پیشگیری و آگاهی در زمینه عوامل خطر در جمعیت زنان و نیز اجرای برنامه&rlm;های غربالگری در جمعیت&rlm;های پر خطرتاکید دارد.</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Iranian women and the incidence is increasing. There is a variation in the incidence of breast cancer across the country. Little is known about secular trend of incidence of the cancer in different cities of the country. This study aims to investigate the incidence and secular trend of breast cancer in Kashan city during 2000-2010.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>This was a descriptive study, in which data were extracted from the cancer registry system of Kashan University of Medical Science and the university affiliated pathology labs in Kashan during 2000-2010. Age standardized incidence rate was used for data from the cancer registry system.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: In this study, over ten years 469 breast cancer cases were reported.&nbsp; The incidence increased with increasing age before 59 years, but it decreased in patients with greater than 60 years .Breast cancer incidence rate showed increasing trend in the period of study.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The findings of this study showed that the incidence rate of the cancer is increasing. The cancer was the most common cancer, especially in fourth and fifth decades of women&rsquo;s life.
