fa بررسی میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان از عوامل خطرساز سرطان پستان در سال 1393 بیماریهای پستان Breast Diseases پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> سرطان اصلی&rlm;ترین علت مرگ و میر در کشورهای توسعه یافته و دومین علت عمده مرگ و میر در کشورهای در حال توسعه به&rlm;شمار می&rlm;آید. سرطان پستان در ایران شیوع بالایی پیدا کرده است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان از عوامل خطرساز سرطان پستان انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بود. از 1000 پرسشنامه توزیع شده، 941 پرسشنامه به&shy;صورت کامل تهیه شد. پرسشنامه شامل بخش اول شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بخش دوم شامل 9 سوال جهت آگاهی از عوامل خطرساز سرطان پستان بود. امتیازات بر اساس گروه&rlm;بندی ضعیف، متوسط و خوب طبقه&rlm;بندی شد. داده&shy;ها پس از جمع&rlm;آوری وارد نرم&rlm;افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS 16</span> شده و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده&shy;ها از آزمون&shy;های آماری کروسکال والیس استفاده گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته&rlm;ها:</strong> نتایج نشان می&rlm;دهد از مجموع 941 پرسشنامه جمع&shy;آوری از دانشجویان، 323 نفر متاهل و 618 نفر مجرد بودند. میانگین نمره آگاهی دانشجویان از نمره 9 برابر با 77/5 بود که آگاهی متوسطی را از عوامل خطرساز سرطان پستان نشان می&rlm;دهد. دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی با میانگین نمره 62/7 بیش&shy;ترین آگاهی را نسبت به دانشجویان سایر دانشکده&rlm;ها داشته&shy;اند. میانگین نمره آگاهی دانشکده پزشکی، بهداشت و پیراپزشکی نیز&nbsp; به&shy;ترتیب برابر 98/5، 36/5 و 12/4 بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه&rlm;گیری:</strong> نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می&shy;دهد که دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان آگاهی متوسطی از عوامل خطرساز سرطان پستان دارند. بنابراین آموزش&shy;های لازم جهت آگاهی و اطلاع&shy;رسانی دقیق&rlm;تر به دانشجویان به عنوان متولیان امر بسیار ضروری است.</p> <p><strong>Introduction: </strong>Cancer is considered as the main cause of death in the developed countries and the second leading cause of death in the developing countries. Breast cancer has a high prevalence in Iran. Therefore, this study was done to investigate the awareness of female students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences about the risk factors of breast cancer.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a cross-sectional study. Out of 1,000 questionnaires, 941 were fully responded. The first section of the questionnaire contained the demographic data and the second part consisted of 9 questions about risk factors of breast cancer. According to the information the students had about breast cancer, points of weak, average and good were assigned. Using SPSS 16 software, all the collected data were entered and then Kruskal-Wallis test was used for statistical analysis.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Results showed that out of 941 questionnaires, 323 were married and 618 were single. The average point assigned to the students for their knowledge about risk factors was 5.77 out of 9 which showed moderate awareness. Nursing and midwifery students with the average scores of 7.62 had the highest awareness among other faculty students. The average awareness score of faculty of Medicine, Health and Paramedical was 5.98, 5.36 and 4.12 respectively.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study show that female students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences had a moderate awareness about risk factors of breast cancer.
