fa بررسی ارتباط بین عوامل پیش ‌آگهی در مبتلایان به سرطان پستان Analyzing the Relationship between Prognostic Factors of Breast Cancer بیماریهای پستان Breast Diseases پژوهشي Research مقدمه: گزارشات منتشر شده نشان می&rlm;دهد که فقط رابطه بین یک یا چند عامل پیش&rlm;آگهی در مبتلایان به سرطان پستان مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. به&rlm;عبارت دیگر تحقیقی که نشان&rlm;دهنده ارتباط بین کلیه عوامل پیش&rlm;آگهی دهنده در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان باشد در ادبیات گزارش نشده است.  وجود تحلیل ارتباط بین عوامل پیش&rlm;آگهی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان می&rlm;تواند فرآیند درمان بیماران را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. این مقاله در یک تحقیق جامع، به بررسی و تحلیل ارتباط بین کلیه عوامل پیش&rlm;آگهی سرطان پستان در زنان می&rlm;پردازد. روش بررسی: در این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی از داده&rlm;های تحقیق شیخ علیان و همکاران (1) استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق تعداد 1822 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان، که در سال&rlm;های 1395-1386 در سه بیمارستان شهر تهران تحت درمان قرار گرفته بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. و از برگه پاتولوژی، هیستوپاتولوژی و تصویربرداری مغناطیسی، برای تکمیل اطلاعات استفاده شد. در این تحقیق از نرم&rlm;افزار آماری SPSS برای انجام تحلیل&rlm;های آماری استفاده شده است. یافته&rlm;ها: در این تحقیق جامع ارتباط میان متغیرها دو به دو بررسی شده است که نشان می&rlm;دهد بین کدام&rlm;یک از عوامل پیش&rlm;آگهی سرطان پستان ارتباط وجود دارد. به&rlm;طوری که؛ الف) بین سن و 1) پیش&rlm;آگهی&rlm;های نوع پاتولوژی، 2) درگیری غدد لنفاوی، 3) تعداد غدد لنفاوی درگیر، و 4) نوع جراحی ب) بین نوع پاتولوژی، شیمی&rlm;درمانی و پیش&rlm;آگهی&rlm;های 1) درگیری غدد لنفاوی، 2) تعداد غدد لنفاوی درگیر، 3) نوع جراحی و 4) نوع پاتولوژی ج) بین وضعیت رسپتوری و پیش&rlm;آگهی&rlm;های 1) درجه بدخیمی، 2) اندازه تومور، 3) مرحله بیماری، 4) نوع جراحی و 4) متاستاز د) بین درگیری غدد لنفاوی، تعداد غدد لنفاوی درگیر، شیمی&rlm;درمانی و پیش&rlm;آگهی&rlm;های 1) درجه بدخیمی، 2) اندازه تومور، 3) مرحله بیماری، 4) نوع جراحی و 5) متاستاز ه) بین درجه بدخیمی و پیش&rlm;آگهی&rlm;های 1) اندازه تومور، 2) مرحله بیماری، 3) نوع جراحی و 4) متاستاز ز) بین اندازه تومور، شیمی&rlm;درمانی و پیش&rlm;آگهی&rlm;های مرحله بیماری، نوع جراحی و متاستاز ط) بین مرحله بیماری، شیمی&rlm;درمانی و پیش&rlm;آگهی&rlm;های 1) نوع جراحی و 2) متاستاز ظ) بین نوع جراحی، شیمی&rlm;درمانی، و پیش&rlm;آگهی متاستاز  ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه&rlm;گیری: بین تعداد 4/50% از پیش &rlm;آگهی &rlm;های سرطان پستان ارتباط وجود دارد، و در عین حال بین 6/49% از آنها ارتباطی شناسایی نشده است. Introduction: Published reports indicate that only a limited prognostic factor of breast cancer has been addressed by researchers. In other words, the relationship of all the known prognostic factors corresponding to breast cancer patients is not addressed by literature. Analyzing the relationship is capable of affecting the process of treating breast cancer patients. This paper focuses on studying comprehensively the relationship between all prognostic factors corresponding to breast cancer women. Methods: This cross-sectional survey used the data of Sheikh Aliyan etal. (1). In this study, 1822 patients with breast cancer, who in 1395-1386 years were treated in three hospitals of Tehran, have been studied. This research used pathological examination, histopathological report, and magnetic imaging to complete patients’ data.  In this study, SPSS software is used to analyze data statistically. Results: This comprehensive study addresses which prognostic factors of breast cancer have relationship with each other significantly. So that, this research indicates that there is a significant relationship for the factors as the follow: <ol style="list-style-type:upper-alpha;"> <li>Between age and prognosis of 1) the type of pathology, 2) lymph node involvement, 3) the number of lymph nodes involved, and 4) the type of surgery</li> <li>Between pathology, chemotherapy and prognostic of 1) lymph node involvement, 2) number of lymph nodes involved, 3) the type of surgery, 4) the type of pathology</li> <li>Between the receptor and the prognosis  of 1) grade 2) the size of the tumor, 3) stage of the disease, 4) the type of surgery and 5) metastasis</li> <li>Between the involvement of lymph nodes with involved lymph node nimbers, chemotherapy, and prognostic  of 1) grade 2) the size of the tumor, 3) stage of the disease, 4) types of surgeries, 5) metastasis</li> <li>Between the grade and prognostic  of 1) the size of the tumor, 2) stage of the disease, 3) the type of surgery and 4) metastasis</li> <li>Between tumor size, chemotherapy and prognosis of 1) stage of the disease, 2) the type of surgery, 3) metastasis</li> <li>Between stage of disease, chemptherapy and the prognosis of 1) the type of surgery, 2) metastasis</li> <li>Between the type of surgery, chemptherpy  and the metatstssis prognosis</li> </ol> Conclusion: There is a significant relationship for %50.4 of the known prognosis of breast cancer; however, the relationship for %49.6 of them is not detected significantly. سرطان پستان, عوامل پیش‌آگهی, اسپیرمن.
