fa اثر استفاده از کلاه سرد بر ریزش موی ناشی از شیمی‌درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان: یک مطالعه تجربی در تهران پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> ریزش مو (آلوپسی) یکی از عوارض جانبی رایج داروهای شیمی‌‌درمانی است که بار روانی زیادی بر بیماران تحمیل می‌کند. سرد کردن پوست سر با استفاده از کلاه سرد یک روش متداول برای پیشگیری از آلوپسی است، اما نتایج در این زمینه قطعی نیست. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر استفاده ازکلاه سرد بر آلوپسی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در این مطالعه تجربی (دی 1397 تا فروردین 1398)، 100 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان پستان بصورت در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی و به شکل مساوی به دو گروه مداخله (استفاده از کلاه سرد در حین شیمی‌درمانی) و کنترل (شیمی‌درمانی بدون کلاه سرد) تقسیم شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ از دو پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه عوارض شیمی‌درمانی محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> گروهی که از کلاه سرد استفاده کرده بود در مقایسه با گروه کنترل نمرۀ ریزش موی کمتری داشت (49/0&plusmn; 25/2 در مقابل 34/0 &plusmn; 49/2؛ 005/0 = <span dir="LTR">p</span>).<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه</span> <span dir="RTL">گیری: </span></strong><span dir="RTL">استفاده</span> <span dir="RTL">از</span> <span dir="RTL">کلاه</span> <span dir="RTL">سرد</span> <span dir="RTL">در کاهش</span> <span dir="RTL">ریزش</span> <span dir="RTL">موی</span> <span dir="RTL">ناشی</span> <span dir="RTL">از</span> <span dir="RTL">شیمی</span><span dir="RTL">‌</span><span dir="RTL">درمانی</span><span dir="RTL"> مؤثر است</span> <div><div id="ftn1"></div></div> <strong>Background.</strong> Hair loss (alopecia) is a common side effect of chemotherapy drugs, imposing further psychological stress on the patient. Scalp cooling is a common method used to prevent chemotherapy-induced alopecia; however, the results are not conclusive. The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of using a cold cap during chemotherapy in preventing alopecia in women with breast cancer.<br> <strong>Methods. </strong>In this experimental study (from December 2018 to March 2019), 100 women with breast cancer were recruited via convenience sampling and randomized into two equal groups of intervention (chemotherapy while wearing a cold cap) and control (chemotherapy without using a cold cap).
