fa طراحی سوتین با رویکرد کاهش تنش و افزایش راحتی حرکتی پستان در حین فعالیت‌های روزانه Designing a Bra with the Aim of Reducing Tension and Increasing Breast Movement Comfort During Daily Activities پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: پوشیدن سوتین نامناسب در ایجاد آسیب به پستان‌ها، بروز بیماری‌های مختلف پستان یا حساسیت‌های پوستی نقش دارد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تغییر در پارچه‌‌ استفاده شده در اجزای مختلف سوتین جهت کاهش تنش و افزایش راحتی حرکتی پستان در حین فعالیت‌های معمول روزمره‌ زنان با هدف کاهش بیماری‌های پستان است. روش بررسی: دو نوع سوتین تجاری شامل سوتین معمولی و اسفنجی و همچنین دو جنس متفاوت پارچه‌ حلقوی پودی ساده (کشباف) شامل پلی‌استر-لایکرا و ویسکوز-لایکرا برای تولید نمونه‌ها در قسمت‌های سه‌گوش میانی، نوار کناری و نوار پشتی در نظر گرفته شد. تغییرات کششی سوتین ناشی از حرکات پستان در حین فعالیت‌های معمول، با استفاده از یک حسگر نخ فلزی در سه قسمت پایین کاپ، پایین نوار پشتی و پایین سه‌گوش میانی به‌صورت تغییرات ولتاژ ثبت شد و معیار بررسی راحتی حرکتی پستان قرار گرفت. یافته ها: شیب نمودار ولتاژ- زمان به&rlm;عنوان معیاری از تغییرات ازدیاد طول در سوتین در حین حرکت در نظر گرفته شد. این مقدار برای سوتین اسفنجی با حسگر در پایین کاپ 0039/0، 0057/0 و 0096/0 به&rlm;ترتیب برای سه حرکت متداول و برای سوتین معمولی 0019/0، 0039/0 و 0059/0 به&rlm;دست آمد. تغییرات ولتاژ بیشتر در سوتین‌ اسفنجی نسبت به سوتین معمولی، حاکی از وارد آمدن تنش بیشتر به پستان و راحتی حرکتی کمتر در زیر کاپ برای مصرف‌کننده است. بر اساس آزمون آماری Student’s T-Test استفاده از نوار کشباف پلی‌استر در قسمت کناری و پشتی سوتین معمولی سبب کاهش معنادار تنش (۰۵/p-value<) و افزایش راحتی آن می‌شود. نتیجه&rlm; گیری: نتایج مطالعه بیانگر تفاوت در راحتی حرکتی پستان در طراحی‌های مختلف سوتین است. بنابراین در مداخلات پیشگیرانه از بیماری‌های پستان، استفاده‌ مناسب از پارچه‌های کشباف مختلف در طراحی سوتین‌ برای مصارف معمول و روزمره‌ زنان باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</div> Introduction: Wearing an inappropriate bra may result in damage to the breasts, various breast diseases, or skin allergies. This study aimed to change the fabric used in different components of the bra to reduce tension and increase breast comfort during normal daily activities of women. Methods: Two types of commercial bra (a regular bra and a sponge bra) were modified in the gore, sidebands, and the back band using two different types of plain-knitted fabric including polyester-lycra and viscose-lycra. To assess breast movement comfort, we measured tension changes in the bra due to breast movements during normal activities using metal-thread voltage sensors located in three parts: under the cup, the bottom of the back band, and the bottom of the gore. Results: The slope of the voltage-time diagram is considered as a measure of the elongation changes in the bra during movement. The slope values for the sponge bra with the sensor at the bottom of the cup were 0.0039, 0.0057, and 0.0096 for the three common movements in the experiment, and those for the regular bra were 0.0019, 0.0039, and 0.0059. Greater voltage changes in the sponge bra compared with the regular bra indicates more tension on the breast and less ease of movement under the cup for the consumer. Using polyester-knitted tape on the sides and back of the regular bra significantly reduced tension (P value <0.05) and increased comfort. Conclusion: The resuts of the study indicate differences in breast movement comfort in different bra designs.
