مقدمه و هدف: بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان، به دلیل ترس از عود، نگرانی در مورد مرگ و میر و پیامدها، اضطراب مربوط به درمان، تجربه مشکلات جسمی و مالی میزان بالایی از پریشانی را تجربه می‌کنند. یکی از روش‌های مداخله‌ای که برای حمایت روان‌شناختی بیماران سرطانی استفاده می‌شود، درمان‌های مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر تنظیم هیجانات و تحمل پریشانی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان صورت گرفت.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای است که بر روی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان شهرستان بیرجند در سال 1401-1402 انجام شد. در این مطالعه 30 نفر در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله (هر گروه 15 نفر) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی طی هشت هفته (هر هفته یک جلسه و هر جلسه یک الی یک ساعت و نیم) در گروه مداخله صورت گرفت. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان (2003) و پرسشنامه تحمل پریشانی هیجانی سیمونز و گاهر (2005) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 26 و آزمون‌های تی مستقل و تی زوجی و در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج، میانگین سن افراد وارد‌شده به مطالعه در گروه‌های کنترل و مداخله به‌ترتیب0/12 ± 9/46 و 7/11 ± 8/45  سال بود که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (795/0p=). سایر متغیرهای زمینه‌ای بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت(05/0>p). نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد پس از انجام مداخلات مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی، افراد در گروه مداخله نمره بالاتری را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کسب کردند که این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار بود (6/7 ± 4/41 در مقابل 6/6 ± 3/45؛ 146/0=p). اگرچه این مداخلات تأثیری در نمره تحمل پریشانی در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله نشان نداد (6/6 ± 5/31 در مقابل 4/6 ± 8/33 ؛ 334/0= p).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، مداخله مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی تأثیرات قابل‌توحهی را بر تنظیم هیجانات در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان دارد، از این رو اجرای برنامه های آموزشی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی می‌تواند برای کاهش هیجانات مبتلایان به سرطان پستان مفید باشد.
