چکیده: (478 مشاهده)
مقدمه: امید و شادکامی مولفه هایی هستند که کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان به سرطان را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین ارتباط حمایت همسر با امیدواری و شادکامی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان می باشد.
روش بررسی: پژوهش مقطعی از نوع همبستگی با حضور 200 زن متأهل مبتلا به سرطان پستان مراجعه کننده به مراکز منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1401 انجام شد. پس از نمونه گیری به‌صورت مستمر، پرسشنامه های مشخصات دموگرافیک، امید اسنایدر (AHS)، شادکامی آکسفورد و حمایت همسر(SSS) تکمیل شد. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-21 و با آزمون های آماری ANNOVA، تیمستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین سن زنان مورد پژوهش 45/32 و اکثریت آنها یعنی 63/5 درصد خانهدار بودند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده حمایت همسر با امید و شادکامی همبستگی آماری معنیدار مثبت داشت. افزایش میزان حمایت همسر با افزایش امیدواری به زندگی و شادکامی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان ارتباط دارد. بین برخی از متغیرهای دموگرافیک مانند وضعیت اجتماعی_اقتصادی و وجود فرزندان در خانه با امید و شادکامی به‌طور مشترک ارتباط معنیداری وجود داشت(0/05>p).
نتیجه گیری: حمایت همسر به شکل معناداری با امیدواری، که عاملی برانگیزاننده به سوی نتیجه‌ی مثبت است و همچنین با شادکامی ذهنی ارتباط دارد. بنابراین نتایج پژوهش میتواند به تشویق، آموزش و حمایت همسران دارای زن مبتلا به سرطان پستان کمک کننده باشد، زیرا که آنها در مدت بیماری بخشی از ساختار حمایتی زنان را به عهده می گیرند.
