مقدمه: زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت درمان‌های مختلفی قرار می‌گیرند که می‌تواند عوارض جانبی بلندمدت و تأثیرات قابل‌توجهی بر کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها داشته باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر برنامه تمرین ترکیبی هوازی و مقاومتی بر کیفیت زندگی بقایافتگان سرطان پستان انجام گرفت.
روش بررسی: درمجموع 60 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان پستان با معیارهای واجد شرایط در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل به‌طور تصادفی تخصیص داده شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه مداخلات تمرین هوازی و مقاومتی (28 نفر) و گروه کنترل (25 نفر) مطالعه را تکمیل کردند. گروه مداخله به مدت 12 هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه در برنامه‌های ورزشی پیش‌رونده شرکت کردند. هر هفته شامل دو جلسه تمرینات هوازی (جلسه اول و سوم هر هفته) و یک جلسه تمرینات مقاومتی (پیلاتس در جلسه دوم هر هفته) تنظیم شد. در ابتدای هر جلسه 10 دقیقه شامل گرم کردن، 20-40 دقیقه تمرینات اصلی، و پس از آن 10 دقیقه سرد کردن بود. قبل و بعد از برنامه ورزشی، پارامترهای کیفیت زندگی با پرسشنامه سازمان اروپایی تحقیقات و درمان سرطان QLQ-C30 و یک ماژول خاص برای بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان QLQ-BR23 جمع‌آوری و ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های کای دو، تی مستقل، همبستگی اسپیرمن و تحلیل واریانس و کوواریانس (ANCOVA) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: وضعیت کلی سلامت و کیفیت زندگی بعد از 12 هفته تمرینات هوازی و مقاومتی در گروه مداخله افزایش معناداری را نشان داد (0.019=P). این برنامه تمرینی سبب تأثیر معنادار بر عملکرد هیجانی(0/001=P)، مشکلات مالی(0/0001=P)، عملکرد جنسی(0/0001=P)، و لذت جنسی (0/0001=P) بیماران گروه مداخله شد. در خرده مقیاس‌های علائم، میانگین نمرات گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کمتر شده بود (0/05P<).
نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از مداخله ورزش هوازی و مقاومتی برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و تحت نظارت برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی، افزایش عملکردها و کاهش علائم منفی مرتبط با درمان‌های سرطان پستان مؤثر است.
