مقدمه: مشکلات جنسی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان با پیشینه جراحی ماستکتومی موضوعی است که به شدت بر کیفیت زندگی آن ها تاثیر منفی دارد و با بالا رفتن هزینه درمانی و بهداشتی همراه است. لذا، پژوهش حاضر به منظور پیش بینی کارکرد جنسی زناشویی بر اساس ابعاد ذهن آگاهی (صفتی، ارتباطی و جنسی) و نقش میانجی تصویر بدنی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان با پیشینه ماستکتومی انجام گرفت.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش در قالب یک پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی و در سال 1402-1403 انجام گرفت. نمونه شامل 181 بیمار متاهل با جراحی ماستکتومی در استان کرمانشاه بود که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی جنسی (SMM)، ذهن اگاهی صفتی (FFMQ)، ذهن آگاهی ارتباطی (RMM) و مقیاس کارکرد جنسی زناشویی (MSFS) استفاده شد. نمونه گیری به دو صورت آنلاین و حضوری انجام گرفت. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS-25 و R استفاده شد. داده ها در بخش توصیفی با استفاده از میانگین، فراوانی، انحراف استاندارد و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و در بخش آمار استنباطی با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی دارای برازش است. دو بعد ذهن آگاهی جنسی و ارتباطی به شکل مستقیم کارکرد جنسی زناشویی را پیش بینی کردند (0/01). همچنین، دو بعد ذهن آگاهی ارتباطی و جنسی با نقش میانجی تصویر بدنی به شکل معناداری توانستند کارکرد جنسی زناشویی را در زنان متاهل با پیشینه ماستکتومی پیش بینی کند (0/01).
نتیجه گیری: درمانگران برای بهبود کارکرد جنسی زناشویی مراجعین بهتر است مولفه ایی از جمله ذهن آگاهی جنسی، ذهن آگاهی ارتباطی و تصویر بدنی را هدف درمان قرار دهند.
