مقدمه: انتظار برای دریافت تشخیص سرطان پستان یکی از دشوارترین و پراسترس‌ترین تجربیاتی است که یک زن ممکن است در طول زندگی خود با آن مواجه شود. درک عمیق تجارب زیسته زنان در این شرایط می‌تواند نقش مهمی در سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی درمانی داشته باشد. بر این اساس، این مطالعه پدیدارشناسی با هدف بررسی تجارب زیسته زنان در انتظار تشخیص سرطان پستان انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی تفسیری است که با رویکرد هایدگری برای درک عمیق تجربیات زیسته زنان در انتظار تشخیص سرطان پستان انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و چهره‌به‌چهره، جمع‌آوری شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش دیکلمن، تانر و آلن صورت گرفت و برای مدیریت داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA نسخه 20 استفاده شد. به دنبال تحلیل، از 4 معیار لینکلن و گوبا (اعتبار، قابلیت تأیید، قابلیت اطمینان و قابلیت انتقال) برای برای تضمین دقت و کیفیت علمی مطالعه استفاده شد.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه، 12 زن با میانگین سنی 56.08 سال (محدوده سنی 27 تا 78 سال) شرکت کردند. تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از مصاحبه‌ها به شناسایی پنج تم اصلی درباره تجارب زنان در انتظار تشخیص پس از غربالگری غیرطبیعی پستان منجر شد که شامل آشفتگی‌های روانی، ردپای بیماری در زیست روزمره، مراحل سازگاری، مسیرهای تاب‌آوری، و پیوندهای نجات‌بخش است.
نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که انتظار برای تشخیص پس از غربالگری غیرطبیعی پستان تأثیرات عمیق روانی و عاطفی بر زنان دارد. با این حال، استفاده از راهبردهای تاب‌آوری، ارائه اطلاعات شفاف و دقیق، همراه با کاهش زمان انتظار و ارائه خدمات مشاوره‌ای، می‌تواند به بهبود تجربه عاطفی و روانی بیماران کمک کند.
