مقدمه: سرطان پستان میتواند عوارض جسمی و روانی قابلتوجهی برای زنان بهدنبال داشته باشد؛ ازاینرو ارزیابی مداخلات روانشناختی اهمیت دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی شفقتدرمانی بر تصویر بدنی و خودکارآمدی جنسی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود.
روش بررسی: این مداخلهی آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون–پسآزمون و گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه شامل زنان متأهل مبتلا به سرطان پستان (دامنه سنی 20–45 سال) مراجعهکننده به مطبهای متخصصان مرتبط در اردبیل در نیمه دوم سال 1403 بود. از میان واجدان شرایط، 39 نفر با نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (19 نفر) و گواه (20 نفر) تخصیص یافتند. گروه آزمایش بصورت گروهی در 8 جلسه 75 دقیقهای شفقتدرمانی شرکت کرد؛ گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه نگرانی درباره تصویر بدنی (لیتلتون و همکاران، 2005) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی جنسی وزیری-لطفی کاشانی (1392) جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 و از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره انجام شد
یافتهها: دو گروه از نظر متغیرهای دموگرافیک همگن بودند. میانگین تصویر بدنی در گروه آزمایش پس از مداخله بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت و نسبت به گروه گواه تفاوت معنیداری نشان داد (450/38F=، 0/01P<). اندازه اثر برای متغیر تصویر بدنی 0/82 بود. همچنین خودکارآمدی جنسی در گروه آزمایش پس از مداخله افزایش معنیداری داشت و نسبت به گروه گواه بالاتر بود (65/22F=، 0/01P<) اندازه اثر برای متغیر خودکارآمدی جنسی 0/55 بود.
نتیجهگیری: شفقتدرمانی میتواند مداخلهای مؤثر در بهبود تصویر بدنی و خودکارآمدی جنسی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان باشد. پیشنهاد میشود این مداخله بهصورت گروهی در مراکز درمانی و توانبخشی روانی اجرا شود. پیشنهاد میشود مطالعات پیگیری با نمونه بزرگتر انجام شود.
