مقدمه: بررسی عوامل مؤثر برکیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان درکاهش عوارض بیماری حائز اهمیت است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی کیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامتی در بیماران سرطان پستان غیر متاستاتیک و فاکتورهای مرتبط با آن می باشد.
مواد و روش: در این مطالعه مقطعی با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی 267 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان غیر متاستاتیک، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات قبل از تشخیص بیماری، اطلاعات تشخیصی و پس از درمان ثبت و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی EORTC –qlq- c30 برای شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه توزیع شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج آنالیز آماری X2 نیز نشان داد که ضریب همبستگی بین کیفیت زندگی و سن معادل 0/281- می باشد که از نظر آماری نیز معنا دار بود 0.001) (P-Value<. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت میانگین امتیاز کیفیت زندگی افراد در سطوح مختلف تحصیلات، گروه مختلف شغلی و وضعیت تأهل از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود (به ترتیب P-Value=0.605 ، P-Value=0.096 و P-Value=0.442). با این حال، تفاوت میانگین امتیاز کیفیت زندگی افراد حاضر در مطالعه در پنج گروه stageT و سابقه بیماری در بستگان در جه یک از نظر آماری معنی دار بود (به ترتیب P-Value=0.007 و P-Value=0.006).
نتیجه‌گیری: بالاترین نمره کیفیت زندگی مربوط به عملکرد عاطفی بود اما عملکرد شناختی و ایفای نقش نمره کمتری داشتند. همچنین، سن و شدت خستگی برکیفیت زندگی بیماران تأثیرگذار است. نتایج این مطالعه بر اهمیت در نظر گرفتن این فاکتورها در مدیریت بیماران سرطان پستان به منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی تاکید دارد.
